Picking up the pieces


 On Wednesday, November 1st, Minnie Ray (affectionately known as Ms. Minnie), but I call her Nana, had her home of 30 yrs be set on fire. My mom, Theresa, dad, Rickey, 10 yr old little sister, Jakayla, myself, Lavonnda, and Ms. Minnie herself were all blessed enough to get out safely. We thank God for that. However, all of our possessions were lost in the fire. Everything has been either burned or received secondary damage as a result of the fire. Nothing is recoverable. As you can imagine, we are in dire need of any assistance you can find in your heart to bless us with. We are starting from scratch with only the clothes on our backs. Anything you can do will be greatly appreciated. We have a set goal that will allow us to live as best we can (including clothes, shelter, food, medicine, and etc). Keep in mind that Ms. Minnie is 76yrs old and has many medical issues associated with her advanced age. Thank you in advance for all your help.
