Support for the Robinsons

For those that know the the Robinsons know they are a wonderful and loving family. Most of you are aware of what they are going throug, but for those that are not here is and update as told by Stacy:

"This summer Daryl went to the doctor because he had a lump in his armpit. We thought it was nothing, just an inflamed node from a sports injury (he is always on the field with the kids) but when he had it removed, it turned out to be melanoma. He then went in for a full removal of his lymph nodes in that arm pit, as well as a biopsy on an injured fingernail that never grew back right after having been removed several years ago from a softball injury. The fingernail came back as the source of the melanoma, so he went for another surgery to have his entire finger removed. Once he healed from these surgeries, he went in every 2-3 weeks for four rounds of a drug called yervoy to kill any remaining microscopic cancer cells. In December, he went back to the doctor with new body scans, thinking he would be cancer free, but the scans showed he had new spots on his lungs (which explained the cough he couldn't shake), in his abdomen, and new lumps in his armpit. So we went to UVA and were given a new treatment plan. He will be taking a course of the drug called interleukin 2 which will require a one week hospital stay, one week home to rest, a second round of the drug, and then another week home to rest."

All of this started about about 2 months after he started a new job that is 100% commission, which has kept him from really putting the time into the job and making the kind of money he would like to keep the household running. This fund is to help with things such as gas to go back to the hospital, meal at the hospital or anything that might help to ease this difficult time for them.  Big or small anything is helpful.
Thank you!!
