Help Piglet walk again

All of a sudden piglet lost the movement in his back legs. For initial examination it reveals posible spinal Damage, he still has a bit of feeling in his legs which is a good sign but without scans spinal tap or surgery he’s not going to get better. I moved to Australia nearly 4 years ago he’s my closest thing to family and has been my best friend for over 2.5 years he’s picks me up when I’m down and comforts me without any insentive only in unconditional love. I would do anything for him and curreny on a student visa it makes it next to impossible to come up with the funds.. any help would be really appreciated and would take off some of the stress I’m currently feeling.
