Who will benefit: This fundraiser will benefit the victims of the failed Sometimes Spouse franchise program and the creditors who stand to lose $1.6M if Christy Ogle and Max Ogle's bankruptcy filing is approved. It will also benefit those whose reputations are being defamed by false allegations, and potential small business owners being pitched on owning a "recession proof business."
Primary use of proceeds: The Fund will be used to prepare a factual, detailed, and documented report that proves that the Ogles' bankruptcy petition and sworn testimony contain fraudulent and false statements... and should therefore be immediately denied. The report will be provided to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas, the media, and the general public along with a demand that the bankruptcy be dismissed and the Ogles' petition and testimony be investigated for possible criminal violations.
Timeframe: The timeframe for reaching this funding goal is urgent, as the complaint and documentation should be prepared, edited and submitted to the court by May 17, 2020.
