Please help my mom.

Please help my mom, Tyann Levingston. In April she was diagnosed with Stage of II Breast Cancer. In June, she suffered a stroke which caused her vision to be affected.  My mom has been going through traumatic times since the loss of her mom, my grandmother. Before and after Nanny's death, the family put her through pure hell because of greed, resulting in no memorial service for Nanny. Her brothers froze the bank and life insurance one day after Nanny died. After my Nanny played at the funeral home for 90days, her brothers and niece cremated Nanny without my mom's knowledge. Her and my Nanny already discussed funeral arrangements, cremation wasn't in the plans.  My uncles took so much from my Nanny, even theft. She planned a beautiful memorial service but some how they managed to take my Nanny's dignity. Their actions spiraled my mom into a deep depression. November, the brothers and niece illegally evicted us from the inherited home so that they could sell for $110,000 half the market value. They stole and sold everything, including family heirlooms, 2 cars and a SUV. They destroyed pictures. We were homeless. Now, my mom has criminal trespassing charge for re-entry of the property in which they were allowed to enter but not us.  We were the family that resided at Nanny's. We were Nanny's caretakers. My mom lost everything. The so called investor defrauded Dallas record department with the deed, so the deed is flagged and voided.  She was suppose to start chemo in May. Her copay is $600 each treatment (4). In 2019 after a hospital visit, my Nanny transferred the home to my mom, however her brother (a convicted felon)stole the will and transferred deed. My mom has so much pride. She's selling wreaths to help with medical, attorney fees, and a place to live. Please find it in your heart to support my mom.
