LAPTOP FOR ONLINE SCHOOLING

Jilian is a 12-year old Grade 6 student in a public school in Makati City, Philippines. She’s the daughter of my first cousin, who reached out to me for help so she can buy a second-hand cellphone for Jilian’s online schooling. I can just imagine how hard it will be for a child to use a cellphone for online class.
While I’ve asked my children and siblings for help so we can buy her a tablet, I thought it is best to give her a laptop instead.
Jilian’s father, a policeman, died of heart attack two years ago. Her mother has no job and depends on online reselling to raise her four children. They opted for the “module” type of learning because they cannot afford a tablet. But even with that option, they are still required to go online a few times a week. So she’s basically missed online classes since they started about a month ago.
I hope you can help us finance Jilian’s laptop so she doesn’t have to stop schooling, which they’ve already considered given their situation.
