Carianne Lambiase Roe Family Aid

On January 7, Carianne was taken off life support after slipping into a coma one short-week after learning she had acute leukemia.  Their family was told she had six months to one year to live, with the possibility of remission  if treated aggressively and immediately with chemotherapy.  Unfortunately for Cari and her family, they never even had a chance to say goodbye, as she slipped into a coma brought on by a brain aneurysm in the middle of the night.  She was only 41 years-old, had already buried her older brother, her nine year-old son and now, she leaves behind an absolutely devastated loving husband, Marco and a beautiful & bright, but crushed daughter, 12 year-old Lara.

Cari tirelessly managed the health and well-being of her family, especially her daughter Lara.  At age seven, Lara was diagnosed with juvenile onset, insulin-dependent diabetes.  Lara's dad has now been left with the sole responsibility of managing Lara's evolving health condition and the financial burden accrued with the associated medical costs for Carianne from their very minimal health insurance plan.

This family has suffered endlessly and was already under a tremendous financial burden prior to the new year.  Any assistance we can offer their family during this very painful time in their lives would be so very appreciated to help them through this exceptionally difficult time.
