Urgent Call for Help

Stephanie Jeffs is a talented, fun loving mother of three who has always had a passionate zest for life. She has always led an active, healthy lifestyle serving her family and church and teaching dance and music lessons in her community. In May of 2013 Stephanie had two small lumps removed from her left shoulder and was diagnosed with deadly, stage 4 metastatic melanoma. Stephanie's mother had already died from this same  cancer. Survival rates past one year with this diagnosis are extremely low and at that time the oncologist suggested Stephanie only had seven months to live. Stephanie's tough, independant nature has certainly proved that wrong! At the time of her initial diagnosis, the CT scan and MRI showed that she was free of any other cancer but since the summer of 2014 a large tumour has been rapidly growing and the imminent possibility of it spreading to other organs is very real. 
    This fall Stephanie's husband Lewis was transferred to Phoenix and they are in the process of moving there, now. They feel extremely blessed and excited to have found a doctor in the area that has succussfully treated other people with late stage melanoma. Unfortunately, insurance cannot cover all of the costs and the Jeffs' family has completely exhausted their savings and damaged their credit fom previous medical bills. Stephanie's doctor will be leaving the country for four months in mid February and in order for her to quickly receive necessary treatments she desperately needs our help.
    Between friends and family members we hope to quickly raise these much needed funds. Any help is sincerely and gratefully appreciated by the Jeffs' family so they can keep Stephanie with them for many years to come!
