Please help if you can

I've been in and out of the hospital for awhile now. During my last hospital stay in December, I was told I'm in end stage liver failure. The doctor gave me 6 months to live. He wasn't going to release me from the hospital but after speaking (more like negotiating lol) with him a bit more, he agreed to release me. I had to agree to live with someone  because I lived alone and also had to agree to hospice care. I moved in with my brother, Cole and his wife, Jennifer Holman a few weeks later. They have been absolutely wonderful to take me in during, what I consider to be, the hardest part of my life.  There is no cure for this. Hospice only comes to monitor me and give me medication to manage (not cure) the incredibly painful side effects of liver disease. All they can do now is make me as comfortable as possible as I go through this process of dying. My last and only resort is a liver transplant. I can't be put on a transplant list until September at the earliest. Even if I make it long enough past the doctor's prediction of 6months which is sometime in June)  to be put on this list, there's no  guarantee of how quickly I can get a liver that matches.

Luckily, the hospice care and medication they bring doesn't cost me anything but I have put a terrible burden on Cole and Jennifer Holman. I have been trying to get unemployment and disability but both are proving to be more difficult than I expected. I'm trying to raise money for some daily necessities that Cole has been paying for and also my future funeral costs. I cannot imagine leaving this type of burden on my immediate family. We are not rich people and several members of my family have gone above and beyond to fully support me. Richie Burleson, Tyler and Felisha Holman have stepped in at times and helped when they can but Jennifer Fraley Holman has been a constant in emotional, positive support. She is truly one of the kindest people I know and I have loved living here just to get to know her better. She has a tremendously huge heart and is fiercely protective over her family.

So, please help if you can. Share if you can.

If, by some amazing chance of luck, I don't die in June, any money that has been donated to assist with my funeral costs will be directly  invested in my children or payed forward to someone else in need.

Thank you in advance and please feel fee to contact me if you have anyone questions.

Also....PLEASE BE AN ORGAN DONOR! I can provide  information about donation if you'd like to be more educated on the subject.
