Handicap Accessible Van for JuJu

Hi, and thank you for entertaining JuJu's cause on Go Fund me. My name is Sandra I am a mother of 4 beautiful children including my daughter JuJu, God's gift to our family.
JuJu is a vibrant 12 year old girl who was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy at birth and has spent the majority of her life Wheel Chair Bound. JuJu was born premature at 24 weeks weighing 1 pound 8 ounces, she stayed in the hospital 5 and a half months before joining us at home with her loving and supportive family. Now she's 12, getting bigger, and more difficult to lift into our family vehicle. My growing girl requires a growing wheelchair as well and it is even more difficult to get her heavy equipment loaded into the hatch of our existing mini-van. November of 2014 my husband was diagnosed with MS (Multiple Sclerosis) he can no longer help me and his daughter the way he did before due to his medical condition and the severe pain he endures. JuJu's siblings try to help the best they can but are not yet big enough to lift her or her chair. Team-work is the only way to include JuJu in family outings and events.
I am raising money to purchase a handicap accessible conversion/full-size Van with a Wheel Chair Lift. Insurance coverage available in the state of Michigan will not provide funds for a lift to be installed in our existing van due to the amount of mileage and year of the vehicle. With a family of 6 and two members requiring special care I am unable to budget funds to attempt to purchase this on my own. JuJu was granted a "wish" last year to meet Mickey Mouse and was able to go to Disney World in Florida. While we were there the Make a Wish Foundation allowed JuJu and our family to use a beautiful van with a very nice lift. For the first time in JuJu's life we were able to take her everywhere she wanted to go without needing extra help to move her about. I would love to give my daughter this "Star" treatment here in our own community, giving her all the opportunities that other young ladies her age have and deserve.
