Struggling Athlete Student Loan

Hello,
My name is Sara Kaljuvee and I have been a carded athlete with the Canadian Olympic Women’s 7s Rugby team since August of 2013. Representing Canada at the Olympics has always been my dream, but with that dream comes costs; with carding I had to centralize to Victoria, BC in order to train 6 days a week. As such, I had to postpone my university education at Saint Francis Xavier University, where I was half way through a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology.
Because I am no longer enrolled in classes I am expected to pay off my student loans. Unfortunately, I am facing a lot of strenueous hardships financially due to my student loan obligations and being a full-time athlete. I have come to a temporary solution with my account, however this is only temporary. My family has been unable to support me financially throughout university due to my mother's medical bills (she was diagnosed with terminal cancer in 2005, and has continued to battle this disease for the past 10 years). I have watched my mother face battle after battle, and do so with relentless fervor. She has fought quite literally from head to toe. To say the least, my mother’s determination is the most inspiring thing I bring into my own battles—on the rugby field.
I have started this page because I am working towards repaying my student loans and am struggling financially to reach these goals. I am asking anyone who is willing to help. I will forever be grateful! I hope I can meet my financial obligations and represent our country at the 2016 Olympics in Rio!
