This is an unimaginable loss for their families, friends, and the community.</span>

<div>“Justina Hughes, 28, of Geneva, Ontario County, and Joshua Orr, 29, of Webster were in the rear seat of a small sport utility vehicle that was operating as a ride-share when an eastbound SUV (a Ford Expedition) intentionally drove into some pedestrians in the area just after 12:50 a.m. Monday, and into the westbound lane, where it struck the smaller SUV (a Mitsubishi Outlander) as it was exiting the Kodak Center parking lot.”
