</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />

</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Pero no nos hemos rendido. Estamos luchando.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>

</div>
<div><strong>Nuestra causa:</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Los casos que apoyamos:</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Blanca Estela Paredes Hernández:</strong>
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Elisa María Zaldívar Barcelata:</strong>
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Gabriela Pablos Saucedo:</strong>
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>¿Cómo ayudará tu donación?</strong>
</div>
<div><strong>Los fondos recaudados se destinarán a:</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<ul>
</li>
</li>
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>¡Haz la diferencia!</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>

<div><br />
</div>
<div>For the first time in the history of the Inter-American Human Rights System, the CIDH has convened a thematic hearing on vicarious violence.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>On August 3, 2026, we'll be in Washington D.C.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This hearing is the result of years of joint work among organizations who refused to let this form of violence remain invisible: Red Solidaria Década Contra la Impunidad A.C.
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/85922215_178309702616831_r.jpg" width="100%" />
<div>, Justicia para Madres e Infancias, and Madres Libertarias. We're here because of the strength and resilience of the surviving mothers we've accompanied and advised throughout this cruel form of violence.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>It's worth remembering that vicarious violence is the kind that uses children as weapons to destroy their mothers. The kind that justice systems minimize, that judges fail to name, that leaves hundreds of families unprotected.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>On August 3rd, the voices of those mothers and children will reach the highest human rights forum in the Americas.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Will you stand with us, wherever you are?
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Our lives are at risk.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>It is no secret that justice in Mexico is slow, often ineffective, and, in the worst cases, corrupt. Anyone can be a victim of a system that, instead of protecting, re-victimizes. We know this well.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We have suffered the cruelest violence, one that robs mothers of the most sacred thing: their children. Our aggressors, in complicity with corrupt authorities, have persecuted us, harassed us, and taken away part of our lives. This is called Vicarious Violence, and today it has a name because there are many of us who have raised our voices.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>But we have not given up. We are fighting.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Faced with the indifference of Mexican institutions, we have taken our case to the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR). We are not only seeking justice for ourselves, but also to set a precedent that paves the way for all those people who have been victims of the abuse of power.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>However, this fight has costs that we cannot bear alone. <strong>Red Solidaria</strong> has supported us, but we need your help.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every donation is one step closer to justice, a clear message that we will not allow fear to silence us. Let fear change sides.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you ever thought you couldn't make a difference, now is the time. Help us show that justice is not a privilege, but a right.
</div>

<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Our cause:</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In Mexico, vicarious violence has become one of the most devastating forms of gender violence, leaving women and children unprotected against aggressors who manipulate the judicial system to perpetuate abuse. Today we join together to support brave women who fight for their rights and those of their children before the I<strong>nter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR).</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The <strong>Red Solidaria Década Contra la Impunidad</strong> is leading these cases, including those of <strong>Gabriela Pablos Saucedo, Elisa María Zaldívar Barcelata and Blanca Estela Paredes Hernández.</strong> They have all faced threats, fabricated crimes, psychological, economic and physical violence. Now they need our support so that their cases advance at the international level and justice is done.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Why is it important to reach out to the IACHR?</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The IACHR is key to guaranteeing justice when national systems fail. In the past, its rulings have represented historic victories. An example is the case of Tzompaxtle Tecpile and others vs. Mexico (2022), where the court condemned the Mexican State for violating fundamental rights, setting precedents to prevent practices such as illegal arraigo and arbitrary pretrial detention.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>The cases we support:</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Blanca Estela Paredes Hernández:</strong>
</div>
<div>A victim of former magistrate José de Jesús Covarrubias Dueñas, Blanca faced sexual abuse, threats, workplace harassment, and an unjustified dismissal. Despite reporting her aggressor, now a fugitive, she has suffered extreme reprisals, including an attack against her family in 2023.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Elisa María Zaldívar Barcelata:</strong>
</div>
<div>After separating from her aggressor, she faced a series of false accusations that led her to prison in 2022. Although she has already won custody of her children in court, she has not been able to reunite with them due to the influence of her ex-partner in the Veracruz judicial system.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Gabriela Pablos Saucedo:</strong>
</div>
<div>Journalist and human rights defender, she has been a victim of vicarious violence by two ex-partners. Currently, her case is in the admissibility stage before the IACHR, seeking justice and the return of her son, abducted by his father in 2020.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>How will your donation help?</strong>
</div>
<div><strong>The funds raised will be used to:</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<ul>
<li>Cover legal and administrative costs to advance the cases before the IACHR.
</li>
<li>Financially support families who have been left unprotected by this fight.
</li>
<li>Spread these stories through media campaigns that raise awareness about vicarious violence in Mexico.
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Make a difference!</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your support will not only help these women and their children, but will also contribute to a structural change in the way victims of violence are protected in Mexico.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Donate now and be part of the change!</strong>
