<div>Hemos sufrido la violencia más cruel, una que arrebata a las madres lo más sagrado: sus hijos. Nuestros agresores, en complicidad con autoridades corruptas, nos han perseguido, hostigado y arrancado parte de nuestra vida. A esto se le llama Violencia Vicaria, y hoy tiene nombre porque somos muchas quienes hemos alzado la voz.

<div>Ante la indiferencia de las instituciones mexicanas, hemos llevado nuestro caso a la Comisión Interamericana de Derechos Humanos (CIDH). No solo buscamos justicia para nosotras, sino sentar un precedente que abra camino para todas aquellas personas que han sido víctimas del abuso de poder.

<div>En México, la violencia vicaria se ha convertido en una de las formas más devastadoras de violencia de género, dejando a mujeres y niños desprotegidos frente a agresores que manipulan el sistema judicial para perpetuar el maltrato. Hoy nos unimos para apoyar a mujeres valientes que luchan por sus derechos y los de sus hijos ante la Comisión Interamericana de Derechos Humanos (CIDH).

<div><strong>La Red Solidaria Década Contra la Impunidad</strong> lidera estos casos, incluyendo los de <strong>Gabriela Pablos Saucedo, Elisa María Zaldívar Barcelata y Blanca Estela Paredes Hernández. </strong>Todas han enfrentado amenazas, fabricaciones de delitos, violencia psicológica, económica y física. Ahora necesitan nuestro respaldo para que sus casos avancen a nivel internacional y se haga justicia.

<div><strong>¿Por qué es importante llegar a la CIDH?</strong>

<div>La CIDH es clave para garantizar justicia cuando los sistemas nacionales fallan. En el pasado, sus sentencias han representado victorias históricas. Un ejemplo es el caso Tzompaxtle Tecpile y otros vs. México (2022), donde el tribunal condenó al Estado mexicano por violar derechos fundamentales, sentando precedentes para evitar prácticas como el arraigo ilegal y la prisión preventiva arbitraria.

<div><strong>Blanca Estela Paredes Hernández:</strong>
</div>
<div>Víctima del exmagistrado José de Jesús Covarrubias Dueñas, Blanca enfrentó abuso sexual, amenazas, acoso laboral y un despido injustificado. A pesar de denunciar al agresor, ahora prófugo, ha sufrido represalias extremas, incluyendo un atentado contra su familia en 2023.

</div>
<div>Tras separarse de su agresor, enfrentó una serie de denuncias falsas que la llevaron a prisión en 2022. Aunque ya ganó la custodia de sus hijos en tribunales, no ha logrado reunirse con ellos debido a la influencia de su ex pareja en el sistema judicial de Veracruz.

<div><strong>Gabriela Pablos Saucedo:</strong>
</div>
<div>Periodista y defensora de derechos humanos, ha sido víctima de violencia vicaria por parte de dos exparejas. Actualmente, su caso se encuentra en etapa de admisibilidad ante la CIDH, buscando justicia y el regreso de su hijo, sustraído por su padre en 2020.

<div>It is no secret that justice in Mexico is slow, often ineffective, and, in the worst cases, corrupt. Anyone can be a victim of a system that, instead of protecting, re-victimizes. We know this well.

Our aggressors, in complicity with corrupt authorities, have persecuted us, harassed us, and taken away part of our lives. This is called Vicarious Violence, and today it has a name because there are many of us who have raised our voices.

Today we join together to support brave women who fight for their rights and those of their children before the I<strong>nter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR).</strong>

<div>The <strong>Red Solidaria Década Contra la Impunidad</strong> is leading these cases, including those of <strong>Gabriela Pablos Saucedo, Elisa María Zaldívar Barcelata and Blanca Estela Paredes Hernández.</strong> They have all faced threats, fabricated crimes, psychological, economic and physical violence. Now they need our support so that their cases advance at the international level and justice is done.

<div><strong>Why is it important to reach out to the IACHR?</strong>

<div>The IACHR is key to guaranteeing justice when national systems fail. In the past, its rulings have represented historic victories. An example is the case of Tzompaxtle Tecpile and others vs. Mexico (2022), where the court condemned the Mexican State for violating fundamental rights, setting precedents to prevent practices such as illegal arraigo and arbitrary pretrial detention.

</div>
<div>A victim of former magistrate José de Jesús Covarrubias Dueñas, Blanca faced sexual abuse, threats, workplace harassment, and an unjustified dismissal. Despite reporting her aggressor, now a fugitive, she has suffered extreme reprisals, including an attack against her family in 2023.

<div><strong>Elisa María Zaldívar Barcelata:</strong>
</div>
<div>After separating from her aggressor, she faced a series of false accusations that led her to prison in 2022. Although she has already won custody of her children in court, she has not been able to reunite with them due to the influence of her ex-partner in the Veracruz judicial system.

<div><strong>Gabriela Pablos Saucedo:</strong>
</div>
<div>Journalist and human rights defender, she has been a victim of vicarious violence by two ex-partners. Currently, her case is in the admissibility stage before the IACHR, seeking justice and the return of her son, abducted by his father in 2020.
