Ella enfrenta una batalla legal al denunciar penalmente a personas del medio que utilizaron su identidad y firma electrónica para desviar y obtener cientos de miles de pesos destinados, inicialmente y como se observan en las facturas, para trabajadoras sexuales trans, dejando sin apoyo a muchas hermanas trans.

<div>Este desvío de recursos no solo es un delito, sino una traición que ha puesto en riesgo la vida de muchas personas trans. La carpeta de investigación NUC FGJNL-145059/2022 sigue activa en la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de Nuevo León, para avanzar en el proceso, hemos cubierto ya un dictamen pericial en contabilidad y ahora el Fiscal encargado de la carpeta pide un dictamen pericial en psicología, entre otros gastos de vueltas a la Fiscalía, entrevistas con las autoridades y el día a día de Aruba que además tiene temor de represalias.
