* i woke up to a nightmare* (like and share as much as possible please!) Ok everyone I have now opened up my profile public! Please help me get some justice for "CUDA". This morning my dog got picked up by animal control after getting out for 15 min and he had chased a cat. The officer said it is standard protocol for him to take "CUDA" then I will have to have a hearing within 10 days to make sure that he is not vicious. Which if you knew this goober that was full of life, he is far from vicious! I saw visalia animal control officer Murad Bayleff at 10:15 am. With my dog in the back of his animal control truck. He said he had to go talk to the guy who's cat was chased and then he would come to my address I provided for him. He showed up to my house and took paperwork down and I handed over my other two dogs to him because the owner of the cat said all e were on his property. So I turned over my dogs and I asked to see CUDA. When I saw him I said he looks hot there buddy. He has white saliva coming out of his mouth. He was active and wagging his tail and happy to see me during this time. I suggested he needed water. The officer stated that he had a fan in the dog boxes and that he will be "fine". He said actually I have 2 but forgot to turn it on. Then he turned it on at this point 30 minutes later. He left my house at 10:50 am with cuda and my two others dogs. I was sad and trying to get over all of this, then I get a call at 12:54pm. It was murad Bayless saying that my dog had a heat stroke in his truck and they are at the vet. He said I needed to come down to figure out how I was going to pay for this! No compassion or any customer service from this officer was ever given. It was if this was all my fault. My dog had reached a temperature of 109 while in his truck. Causing his brain to swell and also caused him to have multiple seizures. He also had organs bleeding and blood coming out of his mouth and hind end. Today was "CUDA's" one year birthday and for his birthday he received a very painful death! we need justice for the cute, sweet dog that he really was. #justiceforcuda. I started this to help with vet fee' s and tests to bring justice. If it goes well I will get a lawyer and fight this until something is done to make sure that no other dog has to endure this agonizing death from the animal control! They also charged me 350 bucks just to request a hearing to get back my other two dogs. I will have to pay impound Fee's per day and any other Fee's they have to get them out of the cities custody. I dont expect anyone to help. But if you do i will make sure every dollar goes towards cuda's justice. I am the kind of person that would give the shirt off of my back to anyone. Please help my cause, thank you and God bless.
