Justice for Brenda's murder, Ni Una Mas!

A message from Brenda's family: 

Brenda Elizabeth Karina Chacach Catú, graduated in Social Work,  a Maya woman, entrepreneur, fighter, enthusiast, with a heart that gave confidence and  inspired harmony around her. She was born on March 11, 1987 and was brutally murdered on Wednesday, January 22, 2020  in the city of Antigua Guatemala, leaving two girls without a mother. They are 5-year-old twins, who's mother's love has been taken from them.

Today the twins ask, when will "la nena" return? That's what the twins called their mom.

We cannot answer that question, we can only tell them that "la nena", our beautiful and beloved sister, will always be at every sunrise and every sunset taking care of them and loving them as she always did.

In this awful situation, we hope to touch the hearts of each of you and tell you that the funds raised will be used for the health and education of the twins who will grow up without a mother.

The Chacach Catú family deeply thanks you all for your support towards the family and especially our dear twins.

Brenda Elizabeth Karina Chacach Catú, licenciada en Trabajo Social, mujer Maya, emprendedora, luchadora, entusiasta, con un corazón que brindaba confianza, inspiraba armonía a su alrededor. Nació el 11 de marzo de 1987 y fue brutalmente asesinada el día miércoles 22 de enero de 2020  en la ciudad de Antigua Guatemala, dejando en orfandad a dos niñas, gemelitas de 5 años de edad, quienes les fue arrebatada de sus vidas, quien les brindó todo el amor de madre.

Hoy las gemelas preguntan ¿cuándo volverá la nena? Pues así le llamaban sus lindas gemelas.

No podemos responder a esa pregunta, más sólo diciéndoles que la nena, nuestra hermosa y amada hermana, estará siempre en cada amanecer y en cada atardecer, cuidándolas y amándolas como lo hizo siempre.


Por esta situación tocamos el corazón de cada uno de ustedes y comentarles que los fondos recaudados serán utilizados para la salud y educación de las gemelas quienes quedaron en orfandad.
