Justice: Legal action against corrupt police and solicitor

Donation protected

My name is Jo, and I am seeking justice after experiencing an unlawful intimate search. This experience, along with the legal battles that followed, has deeply impacted my mental health. I live with bipolar disorder and PTSD, and while this journey has been incredibly difficult, I am determined to fight back and hold those responsible accountable.

**Summary**
I was unlawfully strip-searched and examined internally , and I believe police officers lied in court to justify their actions. My solicitor altered a key document, allowing this deception to stand. This betrayal and injustice have worsened my PTSD, but I refuse to let it define my future—I am quietly fighting to expose the truth and seek justice.

Call to action
I need to raise at least £1100 to employ an expert document examiner who can verify the changes made to this crucial legal document. Your support—whether through direct contributions, discreet outreach, or by commissioning artwork from me—will help me take this vital step forward. Any extra would allow me to push this case forward.

What am I trying to achieve?
Winning this case would not only bring me justice but also highlight serious misconduct within the legal system. No one should have to endure this kind of mistreatment, and holding those responsible accountable can help prevent further abuses of power.

Next steps in the case
My priority is securing expert analysis of the altered document, which is key to proving the wrongdoing. With solid evidence, I will be in a stronger position to challenge those involved and push for accountability.

i am fighting this on my own - legal aid is not available and I’m caught in a legal loophole where formal legal support is not available right now. But with evidence would be.

How much I am raising and why?
Funding this case has been incredibly difficult, especially during the cost-of-living crisis. I try to raise money through my art, but I need additional support. I aim to raise £3000 to cover expert document examination and legal fees.

Support through art
As part of my fundraising efforts, I am offering commissioned artwork. If you would like to support my case through art commissions, you can find more details here: https://www.facebook.com/share/193XyyXvpu/?mibextid=wwXIfr

Privacy considerations
I am keeping my fundraising private as possible to protect my case. However, I may consider working with a journalist to craft a carefully written article when the time is right, ensuring the truth is told in a way that does not compromise my legal position or my mental wellbeing.

**Thank you!**
Your support means everything. Whether you donate, commission artwork, or offer quiet encouragement, you are helping me take an important step toward justice. Thank you for standing with me.

Side note: I’m often asked or told to give up. It’s been 9yrs so far. So why don’t I?
Because the truth holds power. When someone has been harmed, especially by injustice or deception, exposing what happened is often about reclaiming agency ,proving to themselves and others that their experience matters, that their pain is real, and that those responsible should be held accountable.

Even when the process is exhausting, when the odds feel stacked against us,many refuse to let go because silence would mean allowing wrongdoing to go unchecked. It’s also about protecting others from the same harm, making sure history doesn’t repeat itself. It’s deeply personal, it’s a way to make sense of traumatic experiences and affirm that they deserve justice. We need to be heard.

And sometimes, just speaking the truth is a form of resistance. Even if it doesn’t lead to the outcome we hoped for, it refuses to let those who cause harm write the story. That takes incredible STRENGTH.
We should be celebrated for fighting NOT silenced - we do not heal by giving up we heal by exhausting every avenue possible. We need support, nourishment and momentum to keep going.
