Diane has spent over a decade searching for peace after the loss of her beloved son, Tommy. Tommy was a devoted son who always made sure his mother and older brother Tim were cared for, and his absence has left a deep void in their family. Since his passing, Diane and her family have faced not only grief, but also a relentless campaign of misinformation led by Tommy’s widow, Tricia Harding. Tricia has continued to spread false claims about the circumstances of Tommy’s death, including denying his diagnosis, and has ignored all requests to stop. These actions have prevented Diane and her family from healing and have caused ongoing pain for Tommy’s children from his previous marriage, who have also been left without support or peace.

 Diane, with the support of Tommy’s team and family, previously sent a cease and desist letter through an attorney, but without the financial means to pursue further legal action, the falsehoods have continued. Now, Diane is preparing to take the next step by seeking legal help to discredit these harmful claims and finally set the record straight about Tommy’s life and passing. The funds raised will go directly toward attorney and legal fees to stop Tricia’s lies and the exploitation of Tommy’s memory for personal gain. Diane’s hope is that, with the support of others, her family can finally find the peace and closure they deserve, and that Tommy’s true legacy will be honored.
