<div><strong>The BAM Map</strong>, an anonymously operated investigative journalism platform, <strong><a href="https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/74856038/bam-franchising-inc-v-does-1-to-10/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">is under attack</a> by BAM Franchising, Inc.</strong>, a zealously overlitigious LEGO reseller desperate to rehabilitate its <a href="https://open.spotify.com/episode/5ECidvW7N0EzFO8zwFKe4A" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">self-inflicted</a> <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wscQpkcwgNU" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">reputational damage</a> by any means necessary.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Their questionably legal strategies have thus far included an <a href="https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/73542292/11/bam-franchising-inc-v-schneider/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">ex parte restraining order</a> against citizen journalist and YouTuber <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sISjfdueTYg" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Reckless Ben</a>, and <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9iHirqPE3H0" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">other</a> <a href="https://www.thebammap.com/updates/20260729/2" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">quasi-legal threats</a>.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Recently, <strong>The BAM Map has become BAM Franchising Inc.'s latest target</strong>. The company has been granted leave via an <a href="https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/74856038/6/bam-franchising-inc-v-does-1-to-10/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">ex parte order granting expedited discovery</a> to file subpoenas attempting to unmask the anonymous operators of the website.

</div>
<div><strong>CONFIRMED</strong>
</div>
<div><strong>The attack will not go unanswered. </strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>However, mounting a legal defense against a company determined to crush all opposition, even <strong>self-admittedly legitimate investigative journalism</strong> that exposes astonishing business practices worthy of public scrutiny at any cost is expensive.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>BAM Franchising, Inc. seeks to punish those who have brought this truth to light.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong><a href="https://www.thebammap.com" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Those who operate in the shadows fear the light</a>.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>INFERENCE</strong>
</div>
<div>BAM Franchising Inc.'s <strong>frantic, baseless, and escalating</strong> attempts to <strong>extinguish</strong> the light is possibly indicative of the fear their officers face when confronted with the truth.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you, sincerely, for your continued support of that light.
