JUSTICE FOR RACE CAR DRIVER SCOTTON

Race car driver Rogerio Scotton was falsely accused of a non-existent offense of mail fraud. He was tried without a lawyer and convicted and sentence under numerous constitutional violations. after served the entire imposed sentence, Scotton was handcuffed and shackled for 3 consecutive days and removed from the USA after live and help this community for 33 years.

     Scotton's mother is an US citizen who is ill and is legally blind. She was forced also to live the United States at the age 76 to another country since she could not live without her son. 

     On July 31, 2019, USCI (immigration) approved the application I-130 which she had filed on behalf of her son Scotton. ICE on the other hand, lodged charges against Scotton suggesting that his conviction of mail fraud qualify as an aggravated feloning pursuant to 1101(a)(43)(M)(i). However, unlawful and wrongfully ICE suggest that Scotton is an aggravate felon based sole on the restitution imposed by the Southern District of Florida. The restitution are not link to any one of the counts of conviction, nor is any count of conviction shows a loss to any victim over $10,000. In fact, under Scotton mail fraud case, there is no losses under the 27 counts of conviction. 

     This continue fraud under our judicial system must be end. To many family has been destroy with this continue behavior.

After running put of money, Scotton were provided with three different court appointed attorneys who mostly of the time have attempted to force Scotton to enter on a plea agreement of guilty despite his innocence. No once single attorney have investigate the case, nor have any witness being investigate. In fact, the attorneys lied under the court's voucher, requesting compensation for a legal service never provide to Scotton. One attorney even suggested that he spend 42 hours inspecting CDs discovery. during trial Scotton proved that all CDs were blank, empty.
