My sweet daughter Nola was kidnapped by West Virginia CPS on July 12, 2024 and illegally given to her abuser, David McPhail. There was an active protective order in place with Nola listed as the respondent who needed relief from domestic violence and child abuse. David is not legally related to Nola and has not been seen or heard from by myself or her legal guardians since July 12, 2024. We have all been blocked and contact has been refused. Please consider donating to this fund for lawyer fees to bring this baby back to her rightful and sole parent. She is with a racist abuser who does not have her best intentions in mind. He punishes her by refusing to let her eat food and physically and mentally intimidated her into fearing for her life. She is on multiple recordings stating how scared she is of this man. He attempted to murder me on July 8th in our family driveway and I escaped as quickly as humanly possible. Law enforcement will not cooperate so a lawyer is required to get her back to me safely. David McPhail and Caitlin Yebra have contacted COS twice and filed false reports, both of which were immediately closed by COS because there was no evidence of child abuse or neglect. I am this baby’s only parent, I am the only person listed on her birth certificate. Most people who love her know she legally doesn’t have a dad, but she has millions of family members all across the globe who love her and want her safely returned to mommy.
