Mr. Steve, my family member, is facing an incredibly difficult time. After living in his home for over two decades, he is now dealing with two separate legal cases that threaten his independence and well-being. The first case involves the wrongful foreclosure of his beloved home, a place filled with memories and family support. The second case is even more troubling: Mr. Steve has been wrongfully made a ward of the State of Georgia, despite having family and support at his own home. The legal system seems to be disregarding Mr. Steve’s wishes, and although the Probate Court has appointed attorneys, those attorneys have not been performing in his best interests.

Mr. Steve needs independent legal counsel to defend his rights and protect his home. The funds raised will be used for legal fees, court costs, and other expenses necessary to hire a lawyer who will truly represent Mr. Steve and his family. Your support will help ensure that Mr. Steve receives the justice he deserves and can continue living in the home he loves.
