Justice For LT Lasco
Donation protected
On February 21st, 2021, LT Gene Lasco lost his life inside the walls of Indiana State Prison. He was a kind, supportive, and hard working Correctional Lieutenant that loss his life entirely too soon, in the most upset manner.
Tymetri Campbell, who is currently serving 65 years for 3 counts of murder, ended the life of Gene Lasco. This altercation was not directed towards Lasco, however he stepped in to save a fellow officer, and unfortunately lost his life in the event.
Lasco was someone that everyone could turn to when they needed help, whether it be inside the walls or outside. This event came as a shock to everyone in the department, and we, as well as his entire family, are suffering a great loss. With this GoFundMe, I am hoping to ease the financial burden of a memorial service that is well deserved. He will be dearly missed by many.
this GoFundMe was created by a former Correctional Officer that worked under LT. Lasco. The donations raised will be withdrawn and given directly to his family to help with funeral and memorial costs.
