JUSTICE FOR KELVIN WHITE

Kelvin White was a 42 year old man from the south norfolk area with a mental health disorder that was murdered by an off duty Norfolk cop. Kelvin’s family has not received justice for the murder. The family wants to spread awareness about Kelvin and his story. This money will be used to pay for T Shirts for the family to have to remember Kelvin by & wear to the vigil that will be held in his honor on Sunday where he was murdered.
