<div>The media is portraying him as a monster and an unstable villain when he is merely an opinionated man trying to make ends meet for his family. We are raising money in an attempt to pay for legal fees, and to get his car removed from impound ($380 plus $30 per day it remains impounded) once he is released. We would get the car now, but the impound lot won't let us without him present. I am David's half brother, and the appointed beneficiary, Jessica Felker, is his mother. Due to the constraints of him being unable to access his own accounts at the time, this was the best way to see that funds were properly collected and allocated as needed. This continues to be an effective solution.
