Justice for David Appleby

Hello. My father David Appleby was returning home when he was robbed and shot 4+ times while exiting his car. He is currently fighting to recover after multiple surgeries to repair his organs. Medical bills are building while his assailant(s) still roam free! 
We are fighting two fights here. One for his life and the other to catch the person(s) who tried to take his life from him. Any help you can give is appreciated!
