Justice for Gloria Ramirez

Gloria Ramirez Gonzalez is a mother of 4 children incarcerated in Tulare County since September 2018.  She is a victim of domestic violence and has been separated from her children (ranging from age 2 to 7).  She has been a victim of domestic violence for 7 years.  One night, when the father of her children came home drunk with another woman, she held a knife to defend herself.  During a physical altercation, his arm was cut by the knife she was holding.  She did not stab him, but simply tried to protect herself.  She even called the paramedics to treat him.  When they arrived, that is when he claimed she was trying to kill him.  She has since been separated from her kids and has had no aid.  There are several witnesses to her abuse.  There are photos of her abuse.  He has a pattern of violence, yet she is in prison and at risk of losing her children forever. Gloria's four are currently being assessed for permanent adoption and there is nothing she can do.  Her public defender has done nothing to help her case.  Her abusive ex boyfriend has recently been arrested for an additional domestic violence case.  She has been requesting documents from social services in Spanish, but has been refused.  Please help us find justice for this mother!  100% of the money raised will be used towards legal fees.
