JUSTICE FOR CHIQUITA

chiquita is a 7yr old chihuahua who we had since she was 1/2months old.back in 2017 someone was supposed to hold her while i settled in my new home(less than a month) while i settled in i tried to get in contact with her and the couple blocked me on fb&changed their number.i never knew where they lived .  On friday July 5th i saw someone posted on fb that someone who rented a home had left dogs behind.i saw the picture and i recognized her right away ! it was her ! my chiquita !! i quickly messaged the lady & asked if i could pick her up & she said yes.i sent her the proof of all the pics we had of her.when i arrived at the location my heart shattered in pieces.she was soo weak and almost lifeless.her body was literally skin and bones.my heart couldnt handle seeing her that way.i took her into my arms and rushed home..how could have people been so heartless? it was friday after hours and mo vet was available.come saturday morning i took her into dr.martins office(vet on clark street) but i was seen by dr.segovia(even though i requested dr.martin) i was told she had a broken back, arthritis, signs of abuse, constipation & a hernia.she weighs 2.6lbs .she was given medication(3 to be exact) .i brought her home and began them right away.i took her a warm bath & noticed discharge comming out of her rear & although she doesn't have fractures in her feet, she still can't bend them.her teeth are rotten i do not want to give up on her i want justice to be served.i did file a police report and will proceed with charges because this is no way to be even if she's a dog she deserves love and care.to me she's part of my family & i can not give up on her.if anyone can please help with any ammount of donations we would greatly appriciate it.i want to get a second opinion from another vet to see how we can help her.surgery would repair her hernia but she wont survive it because shes too thin
