<div>On 11/30/24 he was faced with a difficult situation that he thought he would never face. After an unfortunate hunting incident unrelated, the NYS and local authorities detained and charged him with criminal possession of a firearm. As a result, his rifle was seized and deemed non-compliant according to the NYS safe act. The weapon is and was built to be compliant to include a locked magazine which was removed by authorities, how we do not know. Once seized the authorities could not again remove the magazine.

<div>Andrew is a law-abiding citizen with no prior arrests or convictions. He is not a criminal or a felon. He has never had a negative interaction with law enforcement and has always strived to be a positive role model within his community. He has selflessly for years taught the love of baseball, as well as taken an active role within his communities' little league organization. He is US army veteran, an avid hunter with over 20+ years' experience, with a passion for safety when it comes to firearms. Andrew is a loyal dedicated son, brother, husband and father.
