<div><strong>Our goal at Justice for All Minds is to provide monetary relief for neurodivergent children and their families who require legal assistance with their educational needs.</strong> This legal support engages local schools at the district level, forcing them to provide the necessary testing and mandated services that every student is legally entitled to receive. Justice for All Minds’ target is to provide relief for these parents so that they can be assured that their children will receive what they need to thrive in the classroom and in life!

<div>Justice for All Minds is an outreach program specifically designed to be a beacon of relief for families experiencing the lack of support public schools provide neurodivergent students.

<div>Our grants relieve these families of the monetary burden to commence legal support, so they can focus on giving their child the love and care they desperately need to learn and thrive. The help that we are offering these young children today will lead to a brighter, more successful future for tomorrow’s young adults. Our goal is to instill a shift that would enable society to recognize that neurodivergent minds are not problems to be fixed, but instead unique assets to be understood and appreciated.

<div>Our goal, by the end of the 2025-2026 school year, is to raise $10,000 which will support 15 Orange County families with the legal services required to successfully represent their child, with professional representation.

<div>When a family meets the requirements for these funds, they will receive a grant applicable for legal services from attorneys that specialize in education law. Additionally, these families will receive a strategic roadmap and an extensive list of trusted resources that have been collected for years – all of which will lead to a quicker goal of support for their neurodivergent child.
