<div>For the past 25 years, my dad has been a beloved teacher and coach who has impacted thousands of students and families at Drake Middle School and Golden High School. His dedication to education and passion for helping others have made him a pillar of our community. Throughout his career, he has gone above and beyond for his students — whether in the classroom, on the field, or through mentorship and encouragement during difficult seasons in their lives.

</div>
<div>My dad has always poured his heart into teaching. He has received the “Most Influential Teacher” award through the LDS Church seven times during his career, and his reputation as an inspiring, compassionate, and committed educator has always been a tremendous source of pride for our family.

</div>
<div>Recently, after 25 years of service at Drake Middle School, my dad experienced a deeply painful and public situation that has shaken our family and damaged his reputation. Following a disagreement with a new assistant principal, regarding evaluation inconsistencies, he returned to his classroom to teach for two hours. The police entered Drake Middle School, and in front of students and staff he was escorted out of the building and placed on administrative leave without further explanation.

</div>
<div>This action went completely against normal protocol and publicly humiliated a teacher who has dedicated his life to serving students and the community. Shortly afterward, an email was sent to parents with no meaningful information, leaving rumors, assumptions, and damage to his reputation hanging over him for days.

</div>
<div>As a family, we believe my Dad deserves fairness, dignity, and due process. We are now seeking legal representation to pursue justice and restore his standing in the community.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are raising funds to help cover:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>• Legal and attorney fees
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>• Court and filing costs
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>• Expert witness fees
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>• Document preparation and case-related expenses
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>• Any additional costs associated with pursuing this case including household expenses due to job loss.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If my Dad has ever impacted your life as a teacher, coach, mentor, coworker, or friend, we humbly ask you to consider supporting our family during this difficult time. Every donation, prayer, and share of this page means the world to us.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This is about more than one teacher. It is about ensuring that dedicated educators, in our community, are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve. No teacher, who has faithfully served students for decades, should face public humiliation without transparency or fairness.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for standing with our family, believing in my Dad, and helping us fight to restore his reputation and seek accountability. Your support reminds us that community, integrity, and justice still matter.
