<div>Jose is a hardworking young man with a good heart and no history of legal issues. On December 4th, our lives changed when a confrontation with ICE resulted in Jose being severely injured. Bystander videos show how ICE boxed his car in, shattered his window, and threw him on the ground. Defenseless, they still decided to run over his leg. The screams that followed will forever haunt us. It tore our hearts apart. No human being deserves to suffer like that. The video shows his leg twist, and his face fills with pain and agony. Sadly, it didn’t end there. They denied him immediate medical care and forcibly shoved him inside their vehicle instead.

<div>Since then, our family has been left without clear answers about his condition, location, or whether he received the medical care he desperately needs. We have been searching hospital to hospital and are now fighting to make sure he is safe and treated with dignity.

<div>We are raising funds to cover medical needs, legal assistance, travel, and anything required to protect Jose and ensure justice is done. This situation has deeply shaken our family, and we are doing everything in our power to bring clarity, truth, and support for him.

Los gritos que siguieron nos perseguirán pues nos destrozaron el corazón. Ningún ser humano merece sufrir así. El video demuestra cómo su pierna se dobla y su rostro refleja un dolor inmenso. Desafortunadamente, no terminó ahí: pues le negaron la atención médica que necesitaba urgentemente de inmediato, y lo subieron al vehículo federal a la fuerza.

<div>Desde entonces, nuestra familia se quedó sin respuestas claras sobre su condición, su ubicación o si recibió la atención médica que urgentemente necesitaba. Hemos buscado de hospital en hospital y ahora estamos luchando para asegurarnos de que esté a salvo y sea tratado con dignidad.
