My siblings and I were trying to raise money to repair my dad's house, but now we are going to try to raise the money to get him a tiny home. With that being said he will need septic, water pipes, gas lines, plus the tiny home itself. We can't afford to do all of this on our own and neither can our dad. We've considered loan options, but with that being said no one can afford payments at the moment. Especially my dad. Please help if you can and if you can't please share.
