<div>Founded in 2020, <strong>just femme + dandy</strong> is a US-based media company dedicated to centering the LGBTQ+ voices both seen and unseen who sustain and propel the latest in queer fashion around the world.<strong> just femme + dandy</strong>’s mission is to build a living print and digital archive past, present, and future, created by all the voices in our community through and of queer fashion by amplifying independent queer journalists, artists, filmmakers, musicians, makers, and designers around the world and across styles and identities.

<div>To support the launch of <strong>POCKET SQUARE</strong>, <strong>just femme + dandy</strong> is raising $10,000 to offset event coordination, including talent at the event, printing of the project and honoraria for our artists and journalists, and other expenses.

<div>Our answer to these swirling shifts in queer, punk, and alternative journalism and creative expression and away from the predatory trends of AI is our fashion album <strong>POCKET SQUARE</strong>. <strong>POCKET SQUARE</strong> brings you everything you loved about a fashion magazine, but make it queer and scrappy, braiding digital and analog to bring you a new queer publishing project you’ve never seen before, tucked into a vinyl dust jacket with a 7” record exclusive by a queer indie musician.

<div>To give you a hint, this is just a taste of what what we have planned for our first pocket square: A glossy editorial, how to dress on a budget, skincare tips, NYFW roundups, Pride recaps from around the world, a fold-out poster, and yes, dare we say it, an illustrated pocket square.

<div>Beyond our current needs, we are also fundraising during our most crucial growth spurt, in order to continue to pay guest journalists for our growing newsletter/living archive, our forthcoming zines and chapbook publications, and provide coverage at premium fashion events around the world.
