Just A Mile A Day Marketing to help more people!

We started Just A Mile A Day 2 years ago.  Our vision for starting this group was to help as many people transform their lives physically and mentally to overcome obstacles such as traumatic life experiences, emotional eating, depression, and  unhealthy lifestyles. We have been able to do this by empowering people to gain confidence, courage, and hope to achieve their goals and knowing that there is a group of people that will be there to support and encourage them on a daily basis.  

Some examples of our Just A Mile Members that are crushing it are people like the ones below...only to name a few...
We have people like Ben Pearson, 37 year old man that is bound to a wheelchair that gets up everyday and gets in his miles, has lost  over 100 pounds, and inspires so many daily! 

Another example is a woman that had a hip replacement and has continued to inspire others by getting in a Mile a day and is now assisting her husband to do the same. ❤️

Over the last 2 years we have been able to help so many people and know that we are not done yet! Our greater purpose is to continue to give back and inspire millions of people to take their power back and to live the lifestyle that makes them truly happy (not just “fake” happy)  
Now what?
We are humbly asking for help as we know so many people are living in a quiet desperation for help day in and day out and don’t have the right place to start to feel supported, encouraged, and celebrated for their accomplishments.

We need this help (money) to be able to market this in the right way to reach more people so we are able to continue to give back in a bigger way! We’ve tried on our own and the movement we are trying to make is slow and well we are impatient lol and know how many people need this type support!
