 De vrijwilligers van Brandweer Cadzand voeren een juridische strijd tegen het besluit van Veiligheidsregio Zeeland om de brandweerpost te sluiten. Zij zijn ervan overtuigd dat dit besluit ten koste gaat van de veiligheid van inwoners, ondernemers en de vele bezoekers van Cadzand. De zaak is inmiddels breed in het nieuws en wordt aan de rechter voorgelegd.
