Queridos amigos y familia,
Carla Ferreira Achá es mi amiga desde que la memoria alcanza, muy buena amiga. No siempre hemos estado cerca pero sé que está ahí, incondicional, hermana del alma, yo trato de estar para ella en lo que necesite y siento que ese momento llegó.
Hace un año tuve la suerte de pasar mi cumpleaños con ella y fue el preámbulo para retomar la comunicación y estar más pendiente de su vida. ¡Bien que fue así! Pude saber casi al momento que le diagnosticaron cáncer de mama (carcinoma invasivo triple negativo). Sufrí a distancia con ella y la pienso todos los días: los que le tocó la quimioterapia, el día de su cirugía y los de su recuperación.
Ahora que las intervenciones quirúrgicas pasaron y que los tratamientos médicos deben continuar, toca preguntar si más allá del apoyo moral es necesaria una ayuda económica e indudablemente lo es.
Todo suma y disminuye la carga. El objetivo económico es tal que permita a nuestra Carla Ferreira Achá, "Choquita", retomar el seguro de salud que está pronto a vencer y pueda continuar con la radioterapia y quimio, necesarios para seguir combatiendo este cáncer.
Estoy segura que su recuperación es importante para todos aquellos que en alguna etapa, circunstancia de la vida o en algún lugar tuvimos la suerte de coincidir con ella. ¡Juntos podemos hoy ser el apoyo necesario!

Dear family and friends,
Carla Ferreira Acha has been my friend since childhood. We haven't always lived near each other but I consider her my "soul sister " and try to be there for her whenever she needs me.
It has been one year since I spent my birthday with her and we reconnected and once again became active in each other's lives. What a wonderful gift!
Not long after our reunion, she was diagnosed with breast cancer (carcinoma invasive triple negative). At a distance, I have suffered with her throughout her chemotherapy and surgeries.
Carla has finished with her surgeries but she is still in need of medical treatment. As her close friend, I would like to ask all of you if you could help us pay for her ongoing treatment. Our objective is to assist "Choquita" pay for the renewal of her health insurance in order for her to continue with her radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Let's help her in her fight with breast cancer!
Her recovery is important to her family and friends and we want to do everything we can to help her.
