June Elizabeth Jacobs

A week after birth, Ben and Adrienne's daughter, June Elizabeth Jacobs, had to be transferred from Strong Memorial Hospital to New York-Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children's hospital in NYC.  A couple days later she underwent an almost 9 hour long surgery to have her heart and lungs repaired.  June has a long road to recovery, and will have to undergo multiple heart surgeries throughout her life to replace valves as she grows.  Needless to say, there will be significant medical expenses along the road ahead.  Let's help the Jacobs family by relieving some of the financial stress from the significant medical procedures and follow up treatments that will be necessary so June can live her life to the fullest!
