Mr. Cifuentes was born on May 19, 1972 in Guatemala City, Guatemala to Aura Lilia Contreras and Julio Cesar Cifuentes. He made his home in Texas and had a successful career. He married Lily Cifuentes on October 2, 1993. They raised four happy children. His greatest treasure and love is the word of God, the love of his children, and family.
He is survived by his wife Lily, his daughters Fiama, Sharon, Shannon, and son Julio.
