Julio Arias Hospital Expenses

Our father, Julio Arias, has recently been admitted to the hospital with severe speech and mobility difficulty in the Dominican Republic. As of now, the doctors  believe it to be a malignant tumor in his brain. We are deeply saddened by the news and are asking for any and all spiritual support as well as financial support from our community. The doctors’ next step is to perform a biopsy to further gain understanding in how to proceed.
Our father is presently covered with basic health insurance (treatment not covered under current policy).
Unfortunately the medical system in DR mandates that payments be made before treatment is rendered.
To begin the process we are asking for a contribution of $20,000 which will facilitate the funding of his biopsy and further treatment.
