Dear friends
It's my birthday on 25th June and I've treated myself to an amazing rowing machine which I (luckily) got second hand at the bargain price of £280 (it's worth about £800!)... and I would be so grateful if you could all chip in whatever you can afford to help me cover the cost!
Before the lockdown I joined a rowing club located on the banks of the beautiful Avon river in Bristol. You first need to learn the technique indoors on a machine before you can train on the river. At first I was a bit sad not to go straight on the river but soon I really enjoyed using the machine as it's such a satisfying, whole body workout. As we don't know when the club will open again I can carry on training at home which is amazing!
