On October 17,2017 Julie Warrington woke up thinking that something just wasnt right and all she knew was that she needed to get to Mercy right away... shortly after checkin in, Julie  was given the news no one should EVER HAVE to hear...they found a  tumor located on the left side of her brain (measuring 3.6 mm to be exact)  and its growing from the inside out.  After review, Dr's put in a referral to a Neurologist and all they could do was to wait for the call...
About a week later, we had a Neurology consult in Eugene - they are thinking that it could possibly be MS. She has been on steroids for about the last 5 weeks and is going to have another MRI on December 11, 2017 to see if there has been any changes. Treatment will be based on the results we are given on Monday.
In the mean time, she has had to be off work. She has very MINIMAl use of her right hand and it effects her speech and functions in general. She has worked at Mercy Medical Center as an Emergency room housekeeper for about 17 years plus. Julie has woke up everyday and has never dreaded going to work. She loves her  job and her job loves her. She alsways says its about love, compassion, kidness and caring. She's the kind that will shout it proud everyday!! With her permission of course I am posting this for some help. Without her working, things have been hard financially for them gas wise to go to and from her appointments From Roseburg to Eugene OR Portland and back where ever Dr. sends her, Also their heater in the truck Does NOT Work! Also bills and numerous other expenses. Honestly anything would be GREATLY APPRECIATED! She finally let her pride go and is asking for HELP!
Below are some things that Julie has had to overcome in recent years...

At the age of 13, Julie was hospitilized with massive cardiac arrest issues which led to SVT's. Heart rates ranging from 120 and over 300 beats per minute which put her on heart medication for several years and multiple hospital visits.
At age 31 she had her first heart ablasion at OHSU caughterizing several holes and circut panels.
At age 32 she was diagnosed with stage 4 cervical cancer which had spread to several lymph nodes (18) leading to chemo and radiation lasting 12 weeks  plus. We are proud to say that she has been CANCER FREE for 18 years!!
In the year of 2006 - tragically, her son Dawson was in a car accident that severed both his leg. They  lifeflighted him to OHSU and there they were unable to save one and reconstructed the other.
In 2008 Julie's husband Big Dawson had a heart attack and had multiple stents placed.
In Feb 2017 Julie was off for 6 months due to having back surgery. They had  found a cyst in her back and had to have a new disc rebuilt.

All in all - Julie will give the shirt off her back. She has always given people a warm place to stay when they are in need. All the boy's friends consider her their second mom.  She always has a smile on her face and a burning love in her heart. She puts others first even if that means she goes without. Currently she is getting 60% of her short term disibility pay after health insurance and everything else that gets takin out she gets next to nothing.  Anything helps and prayers are appreciated.

Thank you  from the bottom of our hearts
