kidney Failure &Transplant

Certainly not one to ask for help, especially financial help... I went into complete kidney failure over the summer at 24 years old and have been on hemo dialysis since late Sept. Have been out of work since Sept 3rd. I am a driver for UPS.

Short term disability does not pay much... multiple prescriptions / doctor visits etc  all while trying to keep up with the bills / med bills.  3rd surgery coming up on the 23rd.
Trying to get healthy and back on my feet!
