Juliann Bryant back surgery

In the summer of 2016 Juliann Bryant fell in an elevator and has been dealing with severe pain in her back, legs and feet ever since. Over this last year, multiple doctors have not been able to help give her relief. Recently, a doctor at Cedar's Sinai Hospital discovered the problem is a missing disk in her lower lumbar spine. So currently she is experiencing bone-on-bone pain. The surgeon believes this was caused by the fall in the elevator. $4,000 of the cost for the surgery is not covered by insurance. The surgery is essential to relieving her pain and helping her function normally again. 

 
Additionally, Juliann's husband Steve lost his job as a pastor at the end of February 2017. They have very little income and no money to cover the cost of her surgery.
