Judy VP #Hurricane Michael Recovery

We are in the UK and we are trying to raise funds to help my wifes' 75 year old mother Judy Van Pay who has lost everything in this horrific storm.
Hurricane Michael was the worst storm in over 100 years to hit the US laying waste to Panama City Beach and the surrounding area. My wife Barbara's mum and brother live there and somehow survived the storm but at 75 Barbara's mum has lost everything, her home, her job and everything she knows, the town and community is devastated.
At 75 she shouldn’t still be working but as a widow of 43 years her sense of duty, her pride and her ethics say otherwise but of course she has to work so she can qualify for basic medical care such is the harsh reality in the land of the free.
She had very little before the storm but now she has nothing so she has to rebuild her life from nothing. Right now she is in a shelter so she has a roof over her head and she is being fed but we don’t have direct communication with her only relayed messages through a contact. We stayed in contact through the storm until comms went down then we went over 2 days without hearing anything.
Things are starting to become clearer in terms of whats happening some roads are open with the debris removal which has started and food and water is becoming available but the majority are still without power there is no running water so mobile chemical toilets have been set up.
The national guard is still patrolling to prevent the sad but inevitable looting so there is a curfew in Bay County from 8pm to 7am, its not safe yet its hard to imagine in the USA today in 2018 that this has to happen.
My wife Barbara is scared and worried for her mum and brother but she has an inner strength and we know for now they are safe but the hardship is yet to come and we have to somehow do what needs to be done to help them and get something of a life back for them.
We need to fund her relocation, find a place for her to live and furnish her new home with the basics, and make sure she can cover her costs until she can find a new job. We need to get her transportation to maintain her mobility .
Its hard to estimate costs because we are starting from zero but she doesn't need much, she lives a simple life with her little dog Sunshine so her needs are basic.
Any kind of help would be welcome that can make a difference in rebuilding her life.
This is happening now so whatever we can raise as quickly as we can raise it well help in terms of the decision making and how quickly we can move her into a safe place.
