The NCJA World University Games team thanks the USA Judo's Board of Directors, Serge Bouyssou and Gerry Navarro for supporting the team traveling to Taipei.
The 2017 World University Games USA Collegiate Judo team will be represented by fourteen athletes from various colleges and universities. They will participate in the 2nd largest sporting event in the world after the Olympic Games. The Judo competition is from August 20-24, 2017.
This is a self funded trip. Each person needs $1815 cover their stay in Taipei. The airfare will range from $1000-$1500.
Help support team USA. All donations will be split evenly between the athletes, coaches, and team manager.

What is the Universiade?
The Universiade is an international sporting and cultural festival which is staged every two years. It is only second to the Olympic Games in participation numbers. Over 10,000 participants from 160+ countries will attend the Summer Universiade from August 18-30.
