Twice in the last 8 weeks we have tried to peacefully protest exercising our fundamental rights under 10 and 11 Human Rights act 1998
Article 10 Freedom of expression to unlawfully
1. Everyone has the right to freedom of expression. This right shall include freedom to hold opinions and to receive and impart information and ideas without interference by public authority and regardless of frontier
Article 11 protects your right to protest by holding meetings and demonstrations with other people.
The police have arrested people and duly informed us that our human rights have been suspended and have prevented us from any form of peaceful rally or protest. Using Covid regulations therefore extinguishing our fundamental rights under the 1998 Human Rights Act, acting with unlawful actions and unreasonable force . having studied police Scotland SOP ( standard operation procedures ) The police are not following or adhering to any of their own procedures which leaves fundamental flaws and gaps under articles 5/6/7 1998 Human Rights Act . Many citizens of Scotland have broached us and told horrific stories of police snatching their mobile phones , arresting them for being out in the street giving them a stop and account which is illegal and using dressed up words like engagement to unlawfully
interact with members of the public. Act of compassion have been criminalised. And the most worrying factors of all this abuse of power is the police are giving people biometric arrests and breaking their own standards of procedures laid out about mask wearing with the general public The following is stated in their own SOP 6.4.8 Officers must ensure that their face is not obscured when engaging with
members of the public unless undertaking duties, such as Public Order, when circumstances dictate the use of specialist clothing and equipment the All information that the police have been operating unlawfully is on our website, and can assist and support people in these very trying times. We are raising monies to hold Police Scotland and other acting authorities to account . We are supporting people through the ordeal of interactions with the police and authorities. We are researching laws, guidance, and data that supports peoples unlawful arrests and abuse of process from authorities. We support people through complaints process assist legal advisers, and offer Legal observers, bust packs and SOP information to support and guide people through their human rights and civil liberties Please support our cause so far we have got valuable data and response from Police Scotland about them have no statutory powers to intervene on gatherings below or over 30 . Also stop and account powers they have abused , Their own SOP that they are not versed or educated in . The list goes on .
