Judah's Emergency Med-Evac to Cincy

Our sweet little Judah was born on November 14th, 2017. At just 3 days old, our world came to a halt when he stopped breathing. We rushed him to the hospital, but this was only the beginning. To make a long story shorter, we have been through 2 emergency ambulance rides, 5 weeks in the ICU, numerous tests, thousands of tears, and finally a diagnosis.
It has been determined that Judah has seizures and severe reflux episodes, both of which cause him to stop breathing. This is due to a very rare genetic condition, of which he is one of about 100 documented cases in the world. Because his neurological and gastrointestinal issues are so complicated, and his needs are so complex, he has been recommended by every physician and nurse here at the Children's Hospital in Macon, GA for care at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. Cincinnati is the top in the nation for both neurological and GI issues, and the entire staff here feels that it is imperitive that he get there as soon as possible.
While we have insurance for little Judah, we recently found out that our plan does not cover any genetic conditions. Therefore, we are currently working to secure financial coverage for his current stay here in Macon and future stay at Cincinnati. However, we need to raise money for the required transport between these two hospitals.
The transport necessary is basically an ICU in a plane. Cincinnati Childrens has an entire staff and fully equipped plane they need to use for his transfer, with an estimated cost ranging from $15,000 to $30,000. This transfer could happen as soon as tomorrow, but definitely within a week. This is a one piece of a very large puzzle, but a very crucial and urgent piece.
We are deeply grateful for any amount that can be given towards getting our son to the place where he can get the specific and detailed care he needs.
