Juanita's Kidney Transplant Journey

Juanita Anderson has been fighting kidney disease for several years now. She goes to dialysis 3 days a week like clockwork, takes numerous pills daily, and is also diabetic, and unable to work. Despite all this, she still manages to stay upbeat and positive and as active as she can in her life. Recently, she lost some weight and was told by her doctor that if 
she continued to lose weight, he would get her scheduled for surgery to remove the excess skin around her belly so that she can get on the transplant list. Without the removal of this skin, the doctor fears she will have complications and the weight of the skin will be detrimental to the healing process. Once this surgery is complete, the doctor will place her name on the transplant list. We are asking for donations to help fund the insurance co-pay for the surgery.
